Below is information for current student on The George Washington University's Paralegal Studies online program:
Candidates are required to complete successfully 32 credit hours with a grade point average of 3.0 or better.
Students are required to register each fall, spring and summer semester. If you require a leave of absence for the semester, please contact the student services advisor.
Any changes in course enrollment made after the end of the late registration period must have the approval of the instructor involved, student services advisor, and the CPS Dean's Office. Refund request forms are available through the Student Accounts Office.
During a semester the deadline for dropping a course without academic penalty is the end of the third week of classes. A course dropped after the first week but before the end of the third week will appear on the transcript with a grade of "W". Students who wish to drop a course after that deadline must work with their student services advisor to petition CPS.
Students who find it necessary to withdraw completely from the University must notify their student services advisor in writing.
