 "The GW online master's program provided me with a top quality education that was as flexible as my busy schedule required. The assignments for the standard six week classes were provided on day one of a class which allowed me to plan in advance to preclude any workload crises. Most classes also followed a standard format where specific like exercises were due at the same time during the week providing for a predictable routine. The exercises all built upon and reinforced each other. The approach also helped with retention in that there was ample repetition both within a single class and throughout the program.
I travel extensively in my full time position. I was always able to access course information regardless of where I traveled and what time zone I was in. The breaks in between the classes were spaced nicely which allowed me to both catch up on other obligations and be ready for the next class.
I was not planning to become a paralegal at the start of the program but simply learn more about the law than I could in a traditional MBA type program. The information I learned has helped provide exactly the depth of knowledge I was looking for when I started the program. The knowledge has provided a perspective that would not have been available to me otherwise. The program also helped develop both my research skills and writing that has been invaluable in a wide variety of professional and personnel endeavors.
